Our Mission
The purpose of the Access Women's Center is to promote the biblical view that human life is sacred at every stage of development, and to influence the church and society so that they embrace God's truth that every human life is worthy of respect and protection. To this end, we:

Started a biblical caring ministry for women with crisis pregnancies
- Teach biblical values regarding morality and medical ethics
- Promote positive, biblical attitudes toward the unborn
- Challenge Christians to become involved in the pro-life movement
- Oppose, through biblical and legal means, the practice of abortion
Our History
The Access Women's Center (AWC) was started by Baptist for Life of Wisconsin and opened in August 1999, at 30 South Broom Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The AWC functions under the direction of a Board of Directors who are members of Independent Baptist churches. The AWC is incorporated as a tax exempt, non-profit organization in the State of Wisconsin.

Supervised by co-directors and staffed by volunteers
- Open three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Receiving support from Baptist churches and individual members
- Reported in the Pathways newsletter published quarterly by
Alpha Women's Center, Milwaukee, WI
Our Future
The Board of Directors is responsible for planning future growth and makes all decisions regarding the Center.
